Our renovation process typically includes the following common repairs:

- Installing certified used or new appliances
- Testing all HVAC systems and rebuilding or replacing them if necessary
- Testing all electrical wiring, receptacles, and panels, completing any replacements or rewiring as necessary
- Testing hot water heaters and replacing them if necessary
- Replacing light fixtures as necessary
- Replacing door and cabinet hardware to meet our high functional and aesthetical standards
- Clean up landscaping and prune or remove trees if necessary
- Checking any detached garages to ensure that the siding, roof, slab, and door are in adequate condition

Our team of property managers starts by marketing our investor properties to over 30 different websites. From there, we move on to the tenant screening process: checking the prospective tenant’s background, eviction history, and credit report.
